commissions info

• the best ways to contact me about commissions are via e-mail (tobitahtheterrible@gmail.com) or discord (Killer Butt#8956)!
• payment will be asked for once the sketch for the piece has been agreed upon. payment should be made in USD and as promptly as possible.
• please have at least a handful of good references on hand, and an idea in mind of what you want. artists are not mind readers, and being provided with as much information as possible will allow me to provide the best possible work for you! detailed requests will be required to provide added reference.
• WIPs will be sent at the sketch and lineart phase, and can be sent more frequently upon the client's request.
• small changes shortly after the commission is complete are allowed (such as minor detail tweaking) and will not incur any fees unless excessive.
• please make sure you are 100% satisfied with the sketch if you are commissioning a hand-drawn inked piece! it's much easier to re-do a sketch, and will require either heavy editing or a complete re-do depending on the progress made. if absolutely needed, major changes late in the process will incur an added fee and extra time needed.
• timeframes provided are merely estimates, and a piece may take slightly more or less time than provided. life gets in the way sometimes, ya know? if the piece is needed within a specific timeframe, please let me know at the start so i can adequately plan my time around completing such in a timely manner. otherwise, if significant extra time is needed on a piece due to uncontrollable circumstances, the client will be informed ASAP.
• i occasionally do full-color digital stuff, but not too often. ask if you're interested!

artist TOS

• unless otherwise agreed upon, usage of commissioned pieces by clients is limited to solely personal use, and should not be used for profit / commercial use.
• unauthorized alterations to any pieces or claiming a piece as your own work is strictly forbidden.
• reposting your commissioned piece wherever you like is allowed, so long as credit is given.
• i retain the right to refuse commission requests, or cancel and refund a commission at any point of the process. your commission will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received in a timely manner after the sketch has been agreed upon.
